Job Description

Behavioral Health Network (BHN) is the largest provider of behavioral health services in Western Massachusetts, proudly recognized as a Certified Great Place to Work and one of the Top 10 Employers in Massachusetts by The Boston Globe. Since 1938, BHN has provided high-quality, affordable, and culturally responsive behavioral health care to children, adults, and families across the region. The Developmental Services Program assists residents with finding private-pay Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to further support their independence, autonomy, and daily living skills. Please note that this is a direct resident hire role. While BHN acts as a liaison to connect residents with qualified PCAs, this position is not directly employed by BHN. What You'll Do As a PCA supporting residents within BHN's Developmental Services programs, you will provide direct care and assistance with: Personal care Cooking and meal preparation Housekeeping and laundry Transportation and running errands Participation in community and social events What We Offer Impactful Work
