Job Description

Harrisburg Baptist Church is a small, but passionate, Southern Baptist church in the rural community of Harrisburg, MO., twenty minutes from Columbia. Our church family is looking for a bi-vocational pastor to lead our flock with gospel truth. We are excited to see who God has in store for us!
Principle Function:
The pastor is to be the spiritual leader of the church. He is responsible to the Lord and the church to primarily proclaim the gospel and teach the entire Bible. He is also to engage in pastoral care, provide supervisory leadership and discipleship in all areas and administrate the paid and volunteer staff.
