Job Description

Bilingual Account Manager (Spanish and English) Asegurnet is a specialist insurance brokerage dedicated to delivering high-quality, personalized service to clients and partners across Latin America. We support them in the organization and administration of specialist offshore insurance solutions. We are seeking a professionally experienced, dedicated, and self-motivated Account Manager to join our team as a full-time, in-office employee. After an initial training period to develop subject-matter knowledge and learn internal processes, the Account Manager will be responsible for supporting clients and stakeholders as they organize, renew, and modify their insurance programs. This requires clear, professional communication in both English and Spanish, combined with careful internal documentation and administration using Microsoft Office tools. A successful candidate will have a multi-year track record of customer service and account management in both Spanish-speaking and English-speaking professional environments. They will demonstrate the ability to prioritize effectively, take ownership of their work, and consistently deliver accurate, high-quality results. They will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow established procedures with consistency. Self-motivated and accountable, they uphold high standards while quickly developing the knowledge needed to provide reliable, professional service to stakeholders. Only bilingual candidates will be considered — English and Spanish writing & speaking proficiency are mandatory. Writing samples and on-site testing will be part of the application process.
Responsibilities:
Complete onboarding: learn detailed procedures with the support of written and AV resources and 1:1 training. Expected to take notes, ask questions, practice tasks, receive constructive feedback, and create individual resources towards gaining competency Learn internal administrative processes during the onboarding period while developing product knowledge Complete account-related documentation and administration with accuracy and diligence Communicate with external and internal stakeholders to gather, clarify, and confirm information for account transactions (quotations, renewals, endorsements, etc.) Utilize organizational and prioritization tools to ensure high-quality and responsive service Effectively communicate with external stakeholders to answer questions and resolve concerns Build and maintain productive, professional relationships with team members, clients, and external partners
Required Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree (AA or BA) Professional working proficiency in both English and Spanish 3+ years of administrative experience 3+ years of client-facing professional experience working in both English and Spanish Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English (written and verbal) Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook) Consistent attention to detail, high standards and ownership of work quality Strong basic math skills An insurance license is not required for this role.

$56,160 per year
