Job Description

We are in search of an extremely meticulous, hardworking and mature candidate proficient in both Spanish and English to become a part of our team. In the role of Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for handling phone inquiries, monitoring project progress, hiring/HR and supporting various administrative functions. Must be a very focused self starter and learner. Willing to take projects. Research them and execute them. Experienced in Chatgpt. Excellent at writing and spelling. And above average at tech. This position necessitates the candidate to have access to a vehicle as occasional site visits will be required. This is a full time+ job. You will work a lot. Your hand will not be held on most things and will require you to take projects, research and execute them. Must be available weekdays, some evenings and some Saturdays to take calls from the owner and other team members.
Requirements:
Fluency in both Spanish and English as a native speaker Strong organizational and multitasking skills Proficiency in Google Suite Familiarity with Real Estate terminology is advantageous A positive and customer-oriented demeanor Ownership of a vehicle for periodic job site visits is essential Some college education is preferred.

$28.00 - $29.00 per hour
