Bilingual Caregivers Companion Seniors and Children

Job Summary:

Job Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one care and support to seniors and children with varying levels of need, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and companionship Communicate effectively with clients and their loved ones in both English and [Spanish, Mandarin, Hindi], demonstrating empathy and understanding in all interactions Develop and implement personalized care plans, adapting to changing needs and circumstances Maintain accurate records and documentation of client care, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulatory requirements Collaborate with other team members, including social workers, therapists, and medical professionals, to ensure optimal care and support for clients Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current with best practices and industry developments

Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent required; CHHA certification Minimum 1 year of experience in caregiving or a related field Fluency in English and [Spanish, Mandarin, Hindi] Availability for part-time and full-time schedules, with flexibility to accommodate client needs Ability to lift to 25 pounds, with or without assistance Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable)

Working Conditions:

Work in clients' homes, with occasional travel to community locations or office settings Ability to adapt to varying work environments, including homes with pets or other distractions May require bending, lifting, or standing for extended periods
