Bilingual Commercial Cleaner -1099 (1 Year Experience) *NIGHT SHIFT*

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner (or Cleaning Team of Two) to join our team. This is a 1099 contract position with monthly pay issued on the 10th . The account is serviced 7• nights per week (Monday-Sunday) after 9 p.m.• Responsibilities Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming in assigned areas 7 nights per week after 9 pm Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas. Execute floor care tasks such as buffing, stripping, and waxing as needed. Conduct routine inspections of facilities to ensure cleanliness standards are met. Handle waste disposal and recycling according to company policies. Assist with custodial tasks in both commercial and residential settings as required. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient cleaning operations. Qualifications Previous janitorial or custodial experience is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices and equipment is a plus. Ability to communicate and correspond via Smart Phone Knowledge of industrial cleaning standards is advantageous. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. A proactive approach to problem-solving and maintaining cleanliness standards.
