Job Description:

La Herradura Western Wear is looking for a friendly, dependable, and professional Customer Service and Shipping Associate to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers with questions about products, orders, shipping, and returns while also handling order packing and shipping responsibilities in person. This position is important in helping us provide excellent customer service and making sure orders are prepared and sent out accurately and on time. We are looking for someone who has strong communication skills, enjoys helping people, and can stay organized while managing both customer service and shipping tasks.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner Assist customers with product information, sizing, availability, and order support Help resolve issues related to shipping, returns, exchanges, and damaged or missing items Process and track customer orders as needed Pack and ship customer orders accurately and on time Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions Work closely with team members to ensure customer satisfaction Keep the work area clean, organized, and efficient Represent La Herradura Western Wear in a positive and professional manner at all times

Qualifications:

Previous customer service, retail, or shipping experience preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills and familiarity with online shopping platforms Ability to handle in-person shipping and order fulfillment tasks Interest in western wear, fashion, or retail is a plus Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
