IMMEDIATE HIRE

(Queens) We are looking for motivated, energetic, and dependable individuals to join our growing team as a Telemarketing / Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, enjoys helping customers, and is comfortable speaking with prospective clients throughout the day. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who are driven, personable, and eager to grow within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective clients using provided scripts and guidelines Schedule appointments and transfer qualified calls Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with clients Maintain accurate notes and update lead information Send follow-up emails and assist with customer inquiries Attend team meetings and training sessions Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude throughout all interactions

Qualifications:

Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred Call center experience preferred and must have strong phone communication skills Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable making high-volume phone calls Positive attitude and strong work ethic Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Basic computer skills required Ability to multitask and work in a team environment
