. Please text (405)21-5942 Duties Perform general clerical duties including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents. Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments. Maintain organized office supplies and ensure the office environment is tidy. Communicate effectively with clients and staff, including providing assistance in Spanish when necessary. Experience Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred but not mandatory. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
