Description
Supervise a team of 30-50 associates in a warehouse environment. Responsible for the client relations and safety and quality focus of your team and the clients production goals.
2nd shift and those hours would be 3:30 PM - 1:00 AM

Job Responsibilities
Responsible for:
Attendance reporting to client
Coaching associate performance
Safety and GMP compliance
Assist with associate concerns
Build rapport with client floor supervisors, line leads, etc.
Updating the applicant tracking system and managing associate timecards
Ensure client processes are followed to provide a safety focused environment producing the highest quality standards
Associate Requirements
HS Diploma or GED
Background Check
Able to Lift 20 pounds
Drug Test
Must be at least 18 years old
The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $21.00 - $22.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
