Addison Group is partnering with our client to hire a Bilingual HR Business Partner. Our client operates within a fast-paced, production-driven environment and is experiencing significant growth and expansion.

Job Description:

We're seeking an experienced HR professional to act as the primary HR partner for production employees and managers. This role is both strategic and hands-on, focusing on employee relations, workforce planning, compliance, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the main HR contact for production staff and managers, providing guidance on policies and best practices Partner with leadership on employee relations, grievances, and corrective actions Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement and workplace culture Support workplace safety programs and ensure compliance with standards Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Manager to assist with recruiting and interviewing for production positions Manage workforce planning to align staffing and scheduling with production demands Maintain accurate employee records in compliance with company and legal requirements Provide HR insights to leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives

Qualifications:

3-6+ years of progressive HR experience (HR Generalist, HR Specialist, or HR Business Partner roles) Bilingual Spanish/English required Experience in manufacturing or production environments Familiarity with union environments and related employee relations Willingness to assist with recruiting and staffing needs Strong relationship-building and strategic partnering skills

Preferred:
