Job Description:
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Bilingual HR Generalist position located in Joliet, IL. The role involves administering HR policies and processes, managing employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws. The HR Generalist will collaborate with various stakeholders to address workforce needs, handle employee relations, and oversee benefits administration. Additional responsibilities include conducting recruitment activities, maintaining personnel records, and supporting general HR operations to cultivate a positive and compliant work environment. Qualifications Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) practices and principles, including HR policies and employee relations. Experience in HR Management, such as overseeing HR initiatives and collaborating with other departments to achieve organizational goals. Strong knowledge of Employee Benefits and experience in Benefits Administration processes. Fluency in both English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively in a bilingual environment. General knowledge of employment laws and regulatory compliance. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Prior experience in an HR generalist role is preferred. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
