RESPONSIBILITIES

Providing adult primary care focusing on the Senior/Medicare Advantage patient Comfortable with a small panel size and building relationships with your patients Average 14-18 patients/day Able to work with a Team who focus on Value Based Care

QUALIFICATIONS

Active state medical license-MD or DO Board certified/eligible in an ABMS Primary Care Specialty 3-5 years of Value Based Care experience
