Bilingual Mandarin Sales Director/Manager

Sales Director / Manager - US Operations (Food & Beverage) A leading food and beverage distributor is seeking an entrepreneurial Sales Director/Manager to oversee US operations and drive the growth of our noodle and beverage portfolio. In this role, you will own the full P&L, spearhead commercial negotiations, and execute strategic Joint Business Plans (JBP) across the United States and Canada to deliver sustainable market share and profit growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

Develop and execute annual account strategies and JBPs aligned with regional objectives.

Financial Oversight:

Manage full P&L, including forecasting accuracy, trade investments, and margin governance.

Commercial Leadership:

Lead annual negotiations, contract agreements, and trading term discussions while managing channel conflicts.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with Marketing and Supply Chain teams to ensure operational excellence and brand alignment.

Requirements:

10-20 years of sales/account management experience within FMCG (Food, Beverage, or Grocery). Bilingual Mandarin Highly preferred Proven track record in P&L management, JBP, and trade investment. Deep knowledge of US and/or Canadian retail channels, specifically mainstream retail.
