Bilingual Medical Assistant

Job Summary Our client is seeking Medical Assistant candidates to fulfill two open positions. This role involves both administrative and clinical duties, with a focus on providing effective and compassionate care to patients experiencing pain. Key Responsibilities Provide front desk coverage and handle referrals. Conduct vitals and medication dispensing. Perform clinical and clerical work based on volume and capacity. Ensure patient satisfaction, especially for those who are irate. Qualifications Bilingual capability is a must. Willingness to be cross-trained for administrative and clinical duties. Medical Assistant experience preferred; however, applicants with a relevant diploma or certification are also encouraged to apply. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. Customer service and multitasking skills are nice-to-have attributes. Ability to perform vital signs, rooming, drawing medications, and urine tests. Experience 1 Year MA Experience.
