XC ART CENTER
in Woburn, MA is seeking a creative and responsible Bilingual Multimedia Art Instructor to support youth art classes, photography projects, and summer camp programs for students ages 6-12. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with children and has experience or interest in photography, digital media, video editing, graphic design, or creative arts education.
Responsibilities:
Assist with youth art classes, photography activities, and multimedia projects Support students during creative projects, classroom activities, and summer camp programs Help prepare classroom materials and organize lesson activities Provide guidance and encouragement to students during class Assist with basic photo, video, design, and creative content projects when needed Communicate with parents in Mandarin Chinese and English when necessary Help support exhibitions, student showcases, and special events
Qualifications:
Experience working with children, teaching, tutoring, or assisting preferred Interest or experience in photography, digital media, video editing, graphic design, or creative arts Comfortable communicating in both Mandarin Chinese and English Strong communication, teamwork, and classroom support skills Reliable transportation to Woburn, MA strongly preferred Please note that public transportation access to our studio is limited on Sundays Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Pay:
$25-$28 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule:
Sundays required, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Additional teaching or summer camp hours may be available
