In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for our clients, keeping daily office operations running smoothly while supporting both administrative and social media functions. Your bilingual skills will be essential in bridging communication between our English and Chinese-speaking clients, and your organizational abilities will help maintain a professional and welcoming office environment. This is an exciting opportunity to grow within a dynamic real estate firm that values initiative, professionalism, and a collaborative spirit. Duties Respond to client emails, and manage general inquiries in both English and Mandarin. Assist clients with property searches, coordinate showing appointments, and follow up on client communications. Print and process checks, handle document filing, and perform general clerical tasks to ensure organized office operations. Manage office scheduling, coordinate appointments, and maintain calendars for agents and management. Assist with the management and posting of content on company social media platforms, including Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book) and WeChat — content will be provided by the team; no writing required. Support special projects or personal assistant duties on an as-needed basis. Requirements Fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese is required for effective client communication. Must have valid U.S. work authorization — we are unable to provide visa sponsorship of any kind. Prior experience in office administration, clerical work, or customer-facing roles preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Professional phone etiquette and excellent interpersonal skills. Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly Xiaohongshu and WeChat, is a plus. Experience in real estate, property management, or legal/consulting environments is a plus but not required. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced office setting.
