Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual onsite staffing supervisor to lead our recruitment and talent management efforts at our facility. This energetic role requires a proactive individual who can effectively oversee staffing operations, foster strong relationships with candidates and clients, and ensure seamless communication in both languages. As a vital part of our team, you will drive talent acquisition initiatives, coordinate onboarding processes, and support employee relations to maintain a motivated and engaged workforce. Your leadership will empower us to meet staffing needs efficiently while delivering exceptional service to our clients and candidates alike. Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting bilingual candidates across various roles. Oversee onboarding and employee orientation sessions to ensure new hires are well-integrated into the organization. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates, and internal teams through effective communication and relationship management skills. Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Lever, Workday, or iCIMS to track candidate progress and streamline hiring workflows. Conduct regular employee evaluations, performance reviews, and provide ongoing training & development opportunities. Handle employment law compliance, contracts, and labor law regulations to ensure all staffing activities adhere to legal standards. Lead negotiations with candidates regarding employment terms while maintaining a positive candidate experience through cold calling and outreach efforts. Skills Exceptional communication skills in both English and the target language to facilitate clear interactions with diverse audiences. Strong negotiation abilities combined with experience in technical recruiting, executive recruiting, campus recruitment, and internal recruiting strategies. Proficiency with HRIS platforms such as HRIS systems like PeopleSoft or SAP; familiarity with Workday, Paychex, ADP, Kronos, UltiPro, Taleo or similar tools is preferred. Knowledge of HR sourcing techniques including social media management for talent generation and lead development. Understanding of employment & labor law to ensure compliance across all staffing activities. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Lever or iCIMS for efficient candidate management. Ability to research market trends for talent acquisition strategies and succession planning initiatives. Skills in employee relations, conflict resolution, and maintaining positive workplace environments.
