We are seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Receptionist & Social Media Coordinator who is polished, reliable, and passionate about beauty, client care, and digital content. Position Overview This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing environment and enjoys creating engaging social media content. You will be the face of the spa while also helping grow our online presence. There is strong growth potential within the aesthetics industry for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities Greet and check in clients with warmth and professionalism Answer calls, texts, and booking inquiries (English & Spanish) Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations Process payments and assist with pre-booking Maintain a clean, organized front desk and spa environment Support daily spa operations and client flow

Social Media Responsibilities:

Create, edit, and post content (Instagram, Stories, Reels) Be comfortable appearing on camera (Stories, IG Live) Engage with followers, respond to messages and comments Assist in promoting services, specials, and client results Capture content in-spa (before/after, treatments, behind-the-scenes) Qualifications Fluent in English and Spanish (Required) Minimum 1-2 years of customer service or administrative experience Strong communication and organizational skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Comfortable with technology, booking systems, and social platforms Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, honest, and detail-oriented Preferred Experience in a MedSpa, dermatology, or aesthetic setting Retail or sales experience Experience creating and editing social media content Ideal Candidate Passionate about skincare, beauty, and wellness Confident on camera and creative with content Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented Warm, friendly, and client-focused Interested in long-term growth within the aesthetics industry Schedule 20-25 hours per week 6-8 hour shifts Must be available for some evenings and Saturdays Compensation & Benefits Starting at $17/hour Bonus and commission opportunities Employee discounts on services and skincare products Complimentary monthly service (based on performance) Opportunity for career growth within La Vie Spa How to Apply Please submit: Your resume 2-3 professional references A brief message in English and Spanish explaining why you're a great fit (Optional but highly recommended) Links to your social media or content work Send to: laviespagardens@gmail.com
