Bilingual Pick Pack Associate

We are hiring a Bilingual Pick Pack Associate for a growing logistics and distribution company in South River, NJ . This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with a steady Monday-Friday schedule and long-term potential for the right candidate. The ideal candidate will have previous pick/pack or warehouse experience, preferably within a 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) environment, and be comfortable using warehouse software and inventory systems. Candidates must be bilingual in English and Spanish and able to work in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

Temp-to-Perm Opportunity Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00

PM Pay Rate:

$19.00-$21.00/hour (DoE) Responsibilities Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment Verify order accuracy and maintain quality standards Use warehouse software and scanning systems to track inventory and shipments Maintain an organized and clean work area Support daily warehouse operations as needed Qualifications High School diploma, GED or equivalent required Previous pick/pack or warehouse experience required 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) experience preferred Familiarity with warehouse software and inventory systems Bilingual in English and Spanish About ProStaff Workforce Solutions We are a fast growing and successful agency that treats all its clients and candidates with a personal touch.
