• Shift handoff at 12:30pm.

Salary :

$64,000

• $70,000 + Bonus

RESPONSIBILITIES

Directly manage Production Associate and daily output standards Analyze KPIs to drive operational strategy beyond simple product movement Execute a throughput schedule that meets all client delivery requirements Establish and manage Quality Assurance program for healthcare standards Minimize product loss through clean return audits and load-out management Utilize Dayforce for accurate timekeeping and personnel management

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

3 to 5 years of warehouse or plant management experience; healthcare industry preferred High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred Bilingual (Spanish) is a MUST! Proven ability to deliver performance coaching and execute corrective actions Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills to motivate a diverse team Highly computer literate (Excel and general PC applications a plus) Organizational focus to manage timekeeping and labor tracking Service-oriented mindset toward internal departments and healthcare customers Company Values & Benefits
