The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach to full-cycle recruiting, deliver a positive candidate experience, and communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.

  • Conduct a high volume of weekly interviews and keep hiring activity on pace to meet staffing goals.
  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation logistics for new hires to support a smooth start with the organization.
  • Guide candidates through the hiring process by explaining job expectations, relocation or housing details, and next steps for employment.
