Bilingual Recruiter

Bilingual Recruiter $24+ per hour Join our client's People Ops team as a Bilingual Recruiter! You'll be responsible for identifying and hiring high-quality candidates across all levels of the organization. This role is perfect for a sourcing expert who can use their bilingual skills to fill niche roles, collaborate with leadership, and help maintain a positive, growth-oriented company culture.

Responsibilities:

Execute full-cycle recruitment, including job posting, candidate screening, and interview coordination. Partner with hiring leaders to define role requirements and provide data-driven sourcing strategies. Drive employer branding through event attendance and internal culture programs. Assist in developing accurate job profiles and managing departmental strategic projects. Represent the organization with professionalism, upholding corporate reputation and employee relations.

Requirements:

Fluent bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking). Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both languages is a must! High school diploma, or GED equivalent required. Advanced degree in related field preferred. Experience in recruiting a plus. Regulatory & HR Best Practice proficient Microsoft office experience Able to multi-task

Salary & Benefits:

Hourly:

$24-$26 per hour, depending on experience.
