Full-Time Home Telecom Services is currently hiring 3 highly motivated bilingual sales professionals to join our growing telecom sales team. We are seeking individuals fluent in either English & Vietnamese or English & Spanish who are passionate about sales and customer service. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the fast-growing telecommunications industry offering high-speed internet, cable TV, mobile services, and smart home security solutions through major providers.

Compensation:

Base Salary +

Commission Potential Earnings:

$4,000 - $8,000+ per month for motivated individuals

Position Overview:

This is primarily an inbound sales position. Representatives will handle incoming customer inquiries and assist customers in selecting the best telecom and home service solutions based on their needs. No cold calling required. Additionally, team members will participate in marketing and promotional events approximately twice per month to help generate community awareness and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer inbound sales calls professionally and efficiently Assist customers with internet, TV, mobile, and smart home security solutions Recommend products and service packages based on customer needs Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on promotions Follow up with customers and ensure excellent customer experience Attend company marketing events twice monthly Meet and exceed sales goals and performance expectations Maintain accurate customer information and sales records

Qualifications:

Fluent in English and Vietnamese OR English and Spanish Previous sales experience required Telecom sales experience is a strong plus Strong communication and customer service skills Highly motivated and goal-oriented mindset Professional appearance and attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation required
