What You'll Do Build lasting relationships with customers to create lifelong clientele Ask thoughtful questions and listen attentively to understand customer needs Assist guests in selecting the perfect new or pre-owned vehicle Maintain strong product knowledge, including trims, packages, and new tech features Present vehicles in a professional and exciting way Follow up with customers to drive referrals and positive online reviews Hone consultative selling skills and learn to overcome objections Work directly with the Sales Manager to succeed on daily and monthly goals Bring a positive, team-oriented approach to work every day

What We're Looking For Bilingual:
