JOB SUMMARY

Family Services of Westchester is seeking a Full-Time School-based Clinician to join our Family Mental Health Program located in Port Chester, NY.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide individual, family, and group counseling based on clinical diagnosis and assessment of the client's presenting problem within the school based satellite clinic Accurately doccument all clinical interventions, diagnosis, symptoms, and presenting problems in the Electronic Medical Record Provide high quality, evidenced-based treatment using a variety of modalities including trauma systems therapy and substance use disorder interventions Participate in weekly supervision, multi-disciplinary team meetings, and service training programs Provide crisis counseling, linages to concrete wraparound services, and coordinate with school officials to better serve the needs of students and families

QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION/LICENSURE

Masters Degree and state licensure in:

LMCW, LCSW, LMHC
