Bilingual Applications Engineer (Direct Hire) Franklin, Wisconsin Requisition 7693

Annual Salary Range:

$85,000 - $115,000 base salary plus bonus Individual salaries are based on education, geographic location, and alignment to the market data.

Summary:

The Application Engineer team is responsible for ensuring customer inquiries are given accurate and timely responses. Inquiries can be made by internal and/or external customers and can come in via email or phone calls. Inquiries may consist of product selection, application support, problem resolution, and other product-based issues. The bilingual Application Engineer is responsible for all technical inquiries from our subsidiary in Mexico.

Responsibilities:

• Monitors inquiries to Engineering department email inbox and responds in a professional and timely manner.
• Fields phone calls routed through Engineering queue to resolve customer issues.
• Quotes custom engineered products based on our core devices.
• Travels to customer sites to inspect applications and address installation issues.
• Assists in certification and new product development projects as needed.
• Addresses all technical inquiries from our subsidiary in Mexico.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering. Mechanical or Electrical preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in industrial or manufacturing setting.
• Fluency and good communication skills in both English and Spanish languages.
• Strong technical capabilities and experience with Electro-mechanical products.
• Familiarity with National Electric Code and UL test standards.
