(Español requerido) We are seeking an experienced and motivated Bilingual Team Lead (Spanish/English) to support forklift operations within a high-growth manufacturing facility in Commerce, GA. Our client is a global manufacturer of advanced materials used in lithium-ion batteries , supporting the rapidly expanding electric vehicle and energy storage industries. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can confidently communicate with a Spanish-speaking team , coordinate daily operations, and ensure a safe and efficient work environment. Key Qualifications Fluent in Spanish (required) and able to communicate in basic to intermediate English Basic computer skills (Excel, printing, basic system use) Strong understanding of inventory flow and material tracking in an industrial environment Proven leadership and team management experience Positive, proactive, and reliable work attitude Forklift experience Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. Must be able to pass a background check Work schedule Monday - Friday 8:00 AM- 5:00
