Bilingual Telemarketer

Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using warm calling techniques to introduce our products and services. Engage in effective B2B (business-to-business) sales conversations to identify customer needs and present tailored solutions. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, update customer information, and manage follow-up activities efficiently. Negotiate terms with clients confidently while maintaining a positive customer experience. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted outreach strategies and campaigns. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process. Maintain detailed records of calls, interactions, and sales activities to support business development efforts. Experience Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or business development roles with a focus on technology or technical sales. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively in a B2B environment. Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools used for managing customer relationships. Excellent communication skills in both English and another language; bilingual proficiency is required. Knowledge of outbound calling strategies, warm calling techniques, and marketing fundamentals. Experience working with CRM systems and managing multiple client accounts simultaneously. Previous experience in customer service or technical sales roles will be considered a plus. Pay:

$23.71 - $25.56 per hour
