• 11:30 PM or similar) Job Summary We are seeking a high-energy, bilingual Warehouse Lead to join our growing team in Byhalia.

Key Responsibilities Team Leadership:

Supervise and motivate a team of warehouse associates to meet daily production, shipping, and receiving goals.

Bilingual Communication:

Act as a primary translator for safety briefings, training, and daily instructions to ensure clear communication across the shift.

Workflow Management:

Oversee the loading/unloading of trailers, picking/packing operations, and inventory accuracy.

Safety First:

Enforce all safety protocols and OSHA standards to maintain a zero-incident workplace.

Problem Solving:

Address operational bottlenecks and personnel issues on the fly to keep the shift running smoothly.

Training:

Onboard new hires and provide ongoing coaching on equipment use and warehouse management systems (WMS).

Qualifications Language:

Must be fully fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written).

Experience:

At least 2 years of experience in a warehouse/distribution environment, with 1+ years in a lead or supervisory role.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency with WMS software and Microsoft Excel.

Equipment:

Experience operating forklifts (Reach, Cherry Picker, or Sit-down) is a major plus.

Availability:

Reliable transportation to Byhalia, MS, and the ability to work the full duration of the 2nd shift (plus overtime as needed). Why Join Us?
