About Us:

We specialize in unloading containers efficiently with production-based lumpers, helping warehouses save time and money. Our teams include hourly workers operating on MODs, pickers, forklift operators, reach truck drivers, and more.

Position Overview:

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring efficiency, and leading a team of lumpers, operators, and warehouse staff. You must have a strong understanding of warehouse processes, equipment, and productivity-based workflows. You will work closely with upper management and team leads to maintain high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily unloading operations and ensure production goals are met.
• Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff, including lumpers, pickers, forklift operators, and reach truck drivers.
• Train and mentor employees on proper techniques and company procedures.
• Monitor MOD system performance and ensure accurate tracking of work.
• Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Communicate with upper management regarding staffing, performance, and operational needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may impact workflow and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Strong warehouse experience, preferably in unloading and container operations.
• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of warehouse equipment, including forklifts, reach trucks, and order pickers.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
