What You Will Be Doing In this role, you are the backbone of our billing integrity. You'll be trusted to: Establish and maintain billing data with high precision Educate and assist financial advisors and internal teams on fee billing procedures, serving as a helpful guide and problem-solver Manage advisor data within our commission software and take the lead on quarterly advisory fee audits Create, audit, and manipulate complex MS Excel spreadsheets to drive project success Document Department procedures and take the lead on fee-related internal projects with high autonomy What You Bring We are looking for a teammate who is proactive, resourceful, and truly enjoys working with complex data sets. 2-5 years in finance or wealth management is a preferred, but your drive and skill set matter most Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook) is required. You should be someone who "speaks Excel" fluently You embrace new technology and look for ways to use it to work smarter, not harder.
