Position Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Billing Associate to join our team. This role focuses on coordinating and managing billing services to ensure a timely and accurate billing process Responsibilities Collaborate with various departments to resolve billing discrepancies and provide support for financial audits. Oversees toll processing, maintaining up-to-date and accurate records. Lead monthly collection efforts, working closely with clients to resolve outstanding balances. Utilize financial software to streamline billing operations and improve efficiency. Qualifications Proven experience in billing, finance, or a similar role. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with team members. and clients.
