Job Description

Duties:
Job Summary
  • Submits all electronic and hardcopy bills
  • Verifies that all bills are accurate in terms of coding
  • Follows-up with payers for payment
  • Reviews reports daily and monthly and analyzes all data
  • Ensures delivery of excellent customer service resulting in positive and improving patient satisfaction scores for department and Medical Center
  • Files of all registrations
  • Maintains all department logs
  • Backs up biller, submits electronic bills
  • Reviews daily departments mail, sort and distribute.
