Required Experience:

• Knowledge of foreclosure litigation processes and foreclosure related legal documents
• Experience processing fee requests / approvals using Invoice Management in LPS, Lenstar, Serengetti, Tempo and ability to complete research within applicable systems to identify appropriate documentation and support invoicing process

Preferred Experience:

• General understanding of other activities that may occur during the course of a foreclosure proceeding such as title claims, probate, litigation, appeals
• Understanding of bankruptcy and eviction processes

Required Qualifications:

• 1+ year foreclosure billing experience
• Focused, detail oriented, accurate
• Must be a team player with strong communication and organizational skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced/high production/frequently changing environment
