Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

Implements:

Algorithms and computer software for analyzing omics-based data sets [high-throughput, massively parallel genomic/proteomic/clinical]; Data management and analysis solutions that aid in the storage, investigation and dissemination of large data sets. Coordinates research project with other investigators and institutions. Participates in developing hypotheses and experimental design. Assists with reporting of methods, data and results.

More About This Job Our group studies joint diseases, such as osteoarthritis, and we are interested in dissecting mechanisms of cellular crosstalk using in vitro and in vivo models to help develop preventative and regenerative therapeutic strategies. Specific ongoing studies combine scientific interests in fibrosis, inflammation, and mineralization, and how they intersect in joint disease. Preferred Qualifications
