Job Title:

Biology Project Lead Key Responsibilities:

Platform & Assay Optimization:

As project lead?supporting the in vitro screening of biologics. Establish and optimize in vitro assays, cellular and molecular technical platforms, and select appropriate animal models to evaluate biologics.

Target Validation:

Review, propose, and validate novel drug targets for unmet medical needs in major disease areas, including but not limited to oncology, immunology, metabolic diseases, and cardiovascular (CV) diseases.

Project Management:

Lead early drug discovery programs as a Project Leader, from target review proposals and project exploration all the way to preclinical candidate (PCC) approval.

Cross-functional Coordination:

Coordinate various cross-functional teams and resources to drive programs forward effectively.

Strategic Collaboration:

Assist with out-licensing and external collaborations when needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education:

Ph.D. degree with deep knowledge in oncology, immunology, metabolic diseases, cardiovascular diseases, or related scientific fields.

Experience:

2-5 years of experience in large molecule (biologics) drug R D. Industry experience is highly preferred.

Leadership Experience:

At least 2 years of proven experience acting as a project leader.

Key Skills:

Strong capability in the critical analysis of research papers, combined with excellent leadership and teamwork skills. ?????
