We are a fast-growing local bistro and market in Downtown Fredericksburg specializing in bold sandwiches, sauces, seasonings, and big flavor. Team members help with customer service, food prep, sandwiches, register, cleaning, stocking, and keeping the shop running smoothly during busy shifts. What You'll Do Make sandwiches, paninis, and menu items with speed and consistency Deliver fast, friendly customer service Take orders and help customers at the register Work multiple stations, including prep, line, register, stocking, and cleaning Pack pickup, delivery, and in-store orders accurately Keep the shop clean, stocked, organized, and running smoothly Follow food safety and sanitation standards Help wherever needed during busy shifts Represent Always Flavored with positive energy and pride What We Expect Move with urgency — this is a fast-paced environment Be reliable and show up on time Work weekends and evenings as scheduled Be a team player — no egos, no excuses Communicate clearly and respectfully Bring positive energy, even when it's busy Care about the food you're serving Be willing to clean, prep, stock, wash dishes, and jump in wherever needed Take correction without drama and keep improving Requirements Must be 16 years or older Weekend and evening availability required Reliable transportation preferred Comfortable working in a fast-paced food environment Able to stand, move, bend, and lift during shifts Able to follow directions and work as part of a team Food service, café, retail, catering, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required for the right person Details Part-time position Flexible schedule based on business needs and availability In-person work only Located in Downtown Fredericksburg, VA Pay based on experience and availability How to Apply To be considered, you must apply through our website: https://alwaysflavored.com/pages/we-are-hiring
