Blaze Pizza Eastvale General Manager Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Blaze Pizza General Manager, where you will lead the charge in delivering an exceptional fast-casual dining experience. Responsibilities Lead and motivate a diverse team to deliver outstanding customer service and ensure smooth restaurant operations. Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety regulations. Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste. Supervise daily shift activities, including POS system operations such as Qu, Compeat, Radar and Harri, cash handling, and order accuracy. Implement staff training programs focused on food safety, food handling, hospitality standards, and operational procedures. Maintain compliance with health regulations and ensure all food safety protocols are followed diligently. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to guarantee a positive dining experience. Assist in budgeting, labor scheduling, and cost control initiatives to maximize profitability. Conduct interviews and participate in hiring processes to build a strong team aligned with company values. Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement within the restaurant environment. Qualifications Proven management experience in quick service or fast food restaurants; casual dining or hospitality management background is highly valued. Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards. Experience operating POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; cash handling expertise required. Demonstrated ability in staff training, supervision, and team management with supervising experience preferred. Excellent customer service skills with a passion for hospitality excellence. Ability to manage shift operations efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness. Familiarity with inventory control, budgeting, and food production processes within the food industry. Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication skills; experience in interviewing and developing staff is advantageous. Knowledge of kitchen management practices including food handling, catering basics, and bar or coffee shop experience is a plus.
