Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Window Covering Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for craftsmanship, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. As a key member of Atlas Installers, you will play a vital role in bringing style, privacy, and comfort to our clients' homes and businesses.

Responsibilities:

Install blinds, shades, shutters, and draperies with precision and efficiency. Interpret work orders and blueprints to ensure proper installation. Measure, cut, and fit window coverings to various window shapes and sizes. Communicate with clients to provide top-tier customer service. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues on-site. Follow company and industry safety protocols.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in window covering installation or a related trade (e.g., carpentry, construction). Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Ability to work on ladders and lift heavy objects. Professional appearance and demeanor.
