This contract opportunity is ideal for Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who have a passion for fostering positive outcomes and creating structured, encouraging learning environments for children and adolescents.
Qualifications:
Active Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Experience working with school-aged children, preferably in a school or educational environment. Thorough understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and ability to implement ABA-based interventions. Strong collaboration and communication skills with educators, administration, and families. Proficiency in developing and monitoring individual treatment plans and behavior intervention plans. Commitment to ethical standards and ongoing professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess student needs and collaborate with school teams to develop effective behavioral strategies. Design and oversee implementation of individualized behavioral intervention plans. Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to monitor progress. Provide training and support to school staff, teachers, and paraprofessionals on ABA best practices. Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning processes. Maintain detailed documentation and comply with all state and federal guidelines associated with behavioral health in educational settings.
