Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Make a meaningful difference for students by supporting behavioral health initiatives in a school setting! A part-time opportunity is now available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) licensed in Louisiana to provide virtual supervision for a dedicated RBT in a supportive educational environment. This contract role offers flexibility and a focused commitment, perfect for professionals seeking to make an impact while maintaining a manageable schedule.
Key Qualifications:
Active BCBA credential Current Louisiana LBA License (required) Prior experience with supervision, coaching or mentoring preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Comfort with virtual consultation and support platforms Ability to guide RBTs through renewal competency assessments
Responsibilities:
Deliver virtual supervision for a school-based RBT approximately 2 hours each week (8 hours per month) Provide expert feedback and guidance to ensure high-quality behavioral interventions Assist with the completion of the RBT renewal competency assessment Maintain electronic documentation aligned with organizational and licensing standards Collaborate effectively with the school and behavioral teams to promote student success Support professional growth and maintain ethical standards in line with BCBA and Louisiana guidelines This position provides the chance to support students and professionals remotely, offering a long-term, consistent contract from ASAP through May 19, 2027, including a school year spanning from August 4, 2026, to May 19, 2027. The role comes with an additional bonus paid from the project's margin, in recognition of your professional oversight and commitment.
