Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team committed to improving the lives of children and individuals with developmental disabilities. In this role, you will design, implement, and supervise evidence-based behavioral interventions rooted in applied behavior analysis (ABA). Your expertise will guide personalized treatment plans, conduct comprehensive assessments, and collaborate closely with families, educators, and healthcare professionals to promote meaningful progress. Responsibilities Develop individualized behavior intervention plans based on thorough diagnostic evaluations and patient assessments. Conduct intake sessions to gather comprehensive medical records, medical terminology, and behavioral health histories. Implement evidence-based behavioral therapy techniques tailored to children and individuals with autism and other disabilities. Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously during therapy sessions to monitor progress and adjust interventions accordingly. Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians while ensuring adherence to ethical standards and HIPAA regulations for patient confidentiality. Collaborate with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to facilitate consistent implementation of treatment plans across settings. Maintain accurate medical documentation, records, and reports in compliance with healthcare standards and legal requirements. Experience Certified as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with current certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Strong background in applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and diagnostic evaluation methods. Familiarity with medical documentation procedures, patient assessment protocols, and medical terminology related to behavioral health. Experience in data collection methods, patient intake processes, and managing medical records within a clinical or educational setting. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations ensuring patient privacy and confidentiality at all times. Prior experience providing patient care in a behavioral health or special education environment is highly desirable.
