Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Experience a rewarding opportunity working with students from pre-K through 8th grade in a summer program setting. This contract position runs from July 7th to July 30th, with a convenient Monday through Thursday schedule (8:30am - 12:30pm, no Fridays required). As a BCBA serving a diverse caseload, your expertise will help drive progress for students with a variety of needs. With the possibility of renewal, this role also offers a chance to build lasting connections and gain valuable experience in school-based settings.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Active BCBA certification required Previous experience working in school environments is a must Capable of supporting students across pre-K through 8th grade Strong communication and collaboration abilities Ready to adapt and contribute in a dynamic summer program
Key Responsibilities:
Provide assessment, analysis, and intervention design for students within the assigned caseload Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to foster student growth Develop individualized behavior intervention plans based on data and best practices Monitor progress and adjust strategies to ensure effective student outcomes Offer staff training and support on implementing positive behavioral supports This engaging position allows you to focus your expertise during concentrated summer hours, providing meaningful impact without full-day obligations.
