Job Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team of professionals committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care. In this role, you will lead behavioral assessments, create individualized intervention plans, and guide clients and families through meaningful progress using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Flexible scheduling for work-life balance Small caseloads focused on quality care Supportive, team-oriented culture Paid Time Off Health, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) Benefits Opportunities for professional growth and leadership A workplace where you are truly valued What You'll Do Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations for individuals with autism and developmental disabilities Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans using ABA principles Collect, analyze, and interpret data to monitor progress and make treatment adjustments Provide training, supervision, and mentorship to behavior technicians and support staff Collaborate with families, educators, and healthcare professionals to ensure consistency and generalization of skills across environments Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards Participate in intake assessments and multidisciplinary team meetings to support comprehensive care planning What We're Looking For Minimum Qualifications Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field Current BCBA certification Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities Preferred Qualifications Experience in clinical, school-based, or home settings Familiarity with electronic data collection and ABA software platforms Strong leadership and supervisory skills Additional certifications or specialized training related to autism or special education Skills & Strengths Strong knowledge of ABA methodologies and behavioral intervention strategies Excellent assessment, analytical, and problem-solving abilities Skilled in data collection, analysis, and medical documentation Understanding of HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality Outstanding communication and collaboration skills Passion for patient-centered care and ethical clinical practice Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development More Than a Job — A Career with Purpose At our company, we believe great clinical outcomes start with a supported and empowered team.
