Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract opportunity as an onsite Board Certified Behavior Analyst supporting students and staff across the PK-12+ grade system. This dynamic, in-person role begins August 26th and extends through June 27th, offering 37.5 hours per week. Here, your expertise will directly impact the educational experience by shaping evidence-based behavior support strategies in a welcoming school environment.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Active BCBA certification required Prior experience in school settings strongly preferred Demonstrated skill working with diverse age groups, from preschool through young adult learners Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and support personnel Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities Commitment to professional integrity and maintaining student confidentiality
Primary Responsibilities:
Serve as the on-campus expert in behavioral analysis and intervention for the entire PK-12+ grade system Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans Conduct functional behavior assessments and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop data-driven solutions Train and support teachers, paraprofessionals, and staff in positive behavior supports and best practices Engage with families and caregivers as partners in intervention planning Maintain comprehensive documentation and track student progress consistently Stay current with best practices and legislative requirements in the field of
