Job Description
Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Make a positive difference in the school community as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)! This contract opportunity offers a flexible, part-time schedule (two days per week, Monday through Friday) and focuses on providing essential behavioral consultation at the elementary and middle school levels for the remainder of the 2025/2026 academic year. Working with approximately 29 students—predominantly grades 2-5, as well as a small middle school cohort—you'll consult directly with staff and students, support the refinement and implementation of behavior intervention plans, and help cultivate an environment where all students thrive. The classrooms are stable but ready for your expertise to enhance behavioral support and build staff capacity.
Key Qualifications:
Active BCBA certification Experience in public school settings preferred, though not required Demonstrated ability to implement and update behavior intervention strategies for students with a range of needs Excellent collaboration and communication skills with classroom staff, students, and multidisciplinary teams Creative, team-oriented, and compassionate approachCore Responsibilities:
