Key Qualifications & Experience:

Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required Previous experience in a school setting preferred Strong understanding of Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Ability to oversee and provide guidance to Special Education teachers, especially those seeking emergency certifications to conduct FBAs Excellent observation skills and a collaborative, resourceful approach

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver supplemental behavioral services as needed within the school Supervise and mentor Special Education teachers completing emergency certifications for FBA implementation Conduct observations, FBAs, and develop BIPs as time and scheduling allow Maintain clear documentation, communicate findings, and recommend strategies to school teams Details to
