Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract opportunity as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) providing essential support to schools in the McMinnville, TN area. This part-time position involves working two days per week, totaling 14 hours, within the school year dates of August 3, 2026, through May 26, 2027. You'll play a key role in helping students reach their full potential by supporting behavioral initiatives and collaborating with educational teams.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required Previous experience in a school setting preferred Strong understanding of Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Ability to oversee and provide guidance to Special Education teachers, especially those seeking emergency certifications to conduct FBAs Excellent observation skills and a collaborative, resourceful approachPrimary Responsibilities:
Deliver supplemental behavioral services as needed within the school Supervise and mentor Special Education teachers completing emergency certifications for FBA implementation Conduct observations, FBAs, and develop BIPs as time and scheduling allow Maintain clear documentation, communicate findings, and recommend strategies to school teams Details toKnow:
