Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Elevate your impact this summer by supporting students across pre-K to 8th grade in a dynamic extended school year program. This contract opportunity is designed for an experienced and certified BCBA eager to make a difference in a school-based setting. Enjoy weekday mornings guiding and mentoring students while working alongside dedicated educators.
Key Qualifications:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required Previous experience in a school environment is essential Expertise supporting pre-K through 8th grade populations Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills Ability to adapt behavioral strategies to diverse learner needs Flexibility and positive attitude toward a collaborative team setting
Role Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans for students Work closely with teachers and paraprofessionals to support student progress Conduct functional behavior assessments as needed Provide ongoing training and guidance to school staff and families Collect and analyze data to inform best practices and student outcomes Ensure compliance with federal, state, and district regulations Communicate progress and recommendations with multidisciplinary teams This assignment runs from July 7 to July 30 (Mondays through Thursdays, 8:30am-12:30pm), allowing for focused morning hours and long weekends.
