Service Model:
Clinic + Community-Based Care This role includes a blended service delivery model: Clinic-Based Services Structured skill acquisition programs Staff training and supervision in a controlled setting Opportunities for peer interaction and social programming Home & Community-Based Services Real-world skill application and generalization Direct caregiver coaching Functional assessment and intervention in natural environments This model supports stronger outcomes by ensuring skills transfer across real-life settings. Travel & Service Area This role requires regular travel to client homes and community settings. You will serve families across the following Minnesota counties: Otter Tail County Douglas County Wadena County Morrison County Todd County Cass County Crow Wing County Travel is a core part of our model and supports meaningful, real-world outcomes for clients. Compensation & Caseload We prioritize quality of care over volume.Target caseload:
6-10 clients, adjusted based on client needs and travel Caseloads are intentionally designed to support: High-quality, individualized care Strong caregiver involvement Effective staff supervision Compensation Competitive base salary based on experience Compensation model designed for stability and sustainability Growth and performance are based on: Client outcomes Clinical quality Team development Not tied to excessive billable hour requirements. You will work under the supervision of a qualified BCBA You will receive structured supervision and mentorship You will gain experience in assessment, treatment planning, and supervisionImportant:
The Qualified Supervising Professional (QSP) responsibilities will remain with a certified BCBA All clinical decisions and treatment plans will be reviewed and approved by the supervising BCBA What Makes You a Strong Fit We are looking for a clinician who: Delivers high-quality, evidence-based ABA services Uses a values-based therapy approach, focusing on meaningful and functional outcomes Builds strong, trusting relationships with families Is comfortable working across clinic and community settings Thinks critically and makes data-driven decisions Takes ownership of clinical quality and outcomes Qualifications Required (BCBA Applicants) Active BCBA certification in good standing Licensed Behavior Analyst in Minnesota Eligible to serve as a Qualified Supervising Professional (QSP) in Minnesota Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or related field Alternative (Clinical Trainee Applicants) Currently enrolled in a graduate program in behavior analysis or related field Actively accruing supervised fieldwork hours toward BCBA certification Preferred Experience working with children with autism or related needs Experience in home and/or clinic-based ABA services Experience supervising clinical staff Familiarity with Medicaid or EIDBI services What Success Looks Like Children make meaningful, measurable progress Caregivers are confident and actively engaged Skills generalize across settings (clinic, home, community) Caseload supports high-quality, individualized care—not volume-driven services Clinical decisions are driven by data and outcomes Join Us If you are a BCBA—or a developing clinician—who values clinical excellence, meaningful outcomes, and values-based care, and you want to be part of a BCBA-led, woman-owned organization making a real impact in underserved communities, we'd love to connect.Pay:
